Training Overview


The purpose of this course is to familiarise you with the process of change management and help you understand why some companies succeed in implementing change while others fail. You will be introduced to a variety of theories on change management and best practice guidelines derived using comprehensive studies carried out by the scientific community on change. You will learn what needs to be done both behaviourally and structurally to make change stick.

 This course helps you understand why some people are afraid of change and resist it. You will be introduced to a number of techniques that are shown to be effective to overcome this resistance. You will also learn about coaching, mentoring, motivating and various management tools that can help you in the process.

This training course will help anyone charged with the task of implementing organizational change, either as a change management team leader or as a team member.



There is no prerequisites for this training except min. of 2 years if working experience in the same position.
