Training Overview

 

This course aims to allow us to deal with the conflicts we encounter at work and to provide us with an opportunity to explore strategies for dealing with difficult working relationships and ‘awkward’ colleagues. The way we deal with conflict is related to our behavioural and conflict style.  We will explore our style and look at our conflict resolution strengths and weaknesses. The strategies will focus on building on these strengths and eliminating what weakness we find.
