Our Leadership Program

Our leadership development plan, in practical terms, detail a philosophy that focuses far more on challenging leaders’ attitudes, assumptions, and values than a training. Stressing both the importance of the human elements of any organisation and the impact a leader’s personal example has on the system he or she heads, it explores areas such as acknowledging dignity, worth, empathy, expressing gratitude, fostering vision, expanding participation, and building consensus.


A process for Developing Leaders and Strengthening Organizations

Our program has been offered to several organizations and companies. The program enhances the skills of active leaders and managers while developing organizational competence through the real-time problem -solving exercises built into the program design.


The program typically includes eight formal one / two day modules offered over 6 months, along with a wide variety of supporting coaching sessions, case studies and informal learning activities and on the job applications between the instructional modules. While the overall content is based on a validated development model, both application and content of the program may be customized to meet the unique needs of each sponsoring organization.

Organizations sponsor this program when they wish to develop a group of their leaders and apply their development immediately in the work environment, addressing their needs. This program is particularly effective during times of organizational growth, organizational change and in response to significant shifts in the external market or business environment.
